She understood how the selling process adds to the disruption of normal life. Meg made suggestions from price range reality to preparing the home. Things simply to allow the potential buyer to appreciate what you’ve done with your home as they envision the home as their own. Dealing with showings was simple enough. Advance time frames were set for appointments to accommodate a potential buyer and to allow us ample time to vacate during the showings. Having a pet for example, requires temporarily relocation of the pet so as not to interfere with potential buyers. Meg & Greg stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process, not pushy rather to keep us apprised of progress. Their professional, yet personal manner helped minimize the concerns and pains associated with moving. They discussed matters from a unique point of view, never losing sight of our concerns. Placing the correct buyer with the house was a matter of coordination with the buyers agent. Finding a buyer who seems to appreciate our home as much as we did was simply comforting.
