Things simply to allow the potential buyer to appreciate what you’ve done with your home as they envision the home as their own. Dealing with showings was simple enough. Advance time frames were set for appointments to accommodate a potential buyer and to allow us ample time to vacate during the showings. Having a pet for example, requires temporarily relocation of the pet so as not to interfere with potential buyers. Meg & Greg stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process, not pushy rather to keep us apprised of progress.
