Greg Berardi has been Selling and Investing in Real Estate for about 26 years. He continues to partner and carry his Real Estate License with his long-term employer/friend Win Morrison, Win Morrison Realty although In March of 2021 Greg branched off, expanded, and opened his own Real Estate Brokerage (Berardi Realty).
In Greg’s extensive real estate career, he has personally closed thousands of real estate transactions with gross sales far exceeding $300M.
Greg is recognized as a one of the major leaders in the industry, in the Mid-Hudson Valley, covering Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Orange, Sullivan and Dutchess Counties, with commercial sales extending to NYC. His career in real estate began about 26 years ago. In 2020 & 2021 Greg closed over $55+ million in both residential and commercial MLS and Non-MLS sales. He continually earns awards year after year for being the top or one of the top producers in Ulster County.  In 2016 Greg was recognized as Ulster County’s Top MLS Real Estate Broker out of 600+ agents.
Greg is one of the few brokers that specializes in both Residential and Commercial transactions, and it is known to be an expert and authority in both. He lists and sells all ranges of low to high end residential properties along with complex commercial buildings that require detailed mathematical evaluations. He has a dedicated team that helps him make sure all properties get the attention and marketing that they need to assure the quickest closing time at the highest price.
Locally born, raised, and educated in real estate and business administration, Greg continues to support his community through his work and personal investment projects, sometimes partnering with other local influencers. Greg’s family roots infiltrate the Mid-Hudson Valley with their leadership in businesses including plumbing/heating, transportation, restaurants, and other professionally licensed businesses. Yameil Nunez’s path to real estate came from her travels around the music world. While performing and visiting different places, she became fascinated by the way people live, the history of architecture, and the different housing models. Gabrielle Edwards

Born and raised in Saugerties, NY, Gabrielle Edwards is a native of Ulster County. From a young age Gabrielle worked at her mother’s business of 20 years as a receptionist and assistant. There she was able to meet many people which led to her first job in sales working with a local farm. By the age of 14 she was selling fruits and vegetables at festivals and rest areas. She loved working for the farm selling goods because she was able to meet so many different people, which lead to many lasting friendships. Later she advanced her young career and started working at a Spray Foam Insulation Company. This helped expand her knowledge that would later help in her future career in real estate. She worked all through high school in the hospitality and construction business saving up enough money to move to Albany NY at the age of 17 to attended Hudson Valley Community College. Her first instinct was to study Biological Sciences, in hopes to work in the Medical Field. Not too long after starting college she realized sales was her calling. Because Gabrielle was fortunate enough to live in a variety of areas across Ulster County before moving to Albany, she knew the world of Real Estate would make her the happiest. Real Estate seemed to have the perfect balance between communications and business, the two things she loves the most. She then left college and went to Manfred School of Real Estate. By the time Gabrielle was 19 she was fully licensed as a New York State Real Estate Salesperson. Because she was residing in Albany, she launched the beginning of her Real Estate career in the Capital regions’ high-volume demographic. The first brokerage she worked with was based in Troy Ny on Hoosick street. There she worked through a period of gentrification in the area where she was prominently based out of.
